Meet Carol

Hi, I’m Carol — the baker, creator and cookie-obsessed mind behind Carol’s Goodie Bag!

What started as a love of baking has grown into a little business that gives me the freedom to be creative, experiment with new flavours and turn just about any idea into a cookie. I’m a wife, busy mom of three, and a home baker based in North Vancouver, BC.

Every cookie is made by me in small batches — from mixing and developing new flavours to baking, packaging and getting your orders ready. Whether it’s a classic Chocolate Chip or something completely unexpected like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, I love taking familiar flavours and turning them into something fun.

And these cookies have been travelling! Carol’s Goodie Bag cookies have now been shipped to three different places in Ontario, two in Alberta, Vancouver Island, and numerous communities throughout BC. It still amazes me knowing something I baked in my North Vancouver kitchen is being enjoyed so far from home.
